Op deze pagina vind je de online koopgids voor kampeermatten. Deze zijn in vergelijking tot de lichtgewicht slaapmatten zwaar en hebben in groot pakvolume. Daarvoor zijn ze vaak veel dikker wat meer slaapcomfort oplevert.
Deze slaapmatten zijn, bedoelt als extra logeerbed thuis of om mee te nemen in de auto. Voor kamperen met de fiets of te voet zijn deze te zwaar en hebben een te groot pakvolume.
De Self-Inflatable matten hebben doorgaans isolatie in de vorm van een schuimvulling. De luchtbedden hebben vaak geen isolatie. Dat betend dat ze ondanks de dikte zeer slecht isoleren en zelfs in de zomer een koude nacht kunnen opleveren. Helaas wordt bij veel van deze matten niet aangegeven hoe goed ze isoleren (R-Waarde)
